Faculty Development Programme (FDP)

The management of the Don Bosco College is committed to provide quality education to the students. To provide quality education, management of the college always strive toward providing quality Assistant Professors to the students. Beside, appointing qualified Assistant Professors, it is the custom of the college to organise FDP for its teaching and other supporting staffs once in an every year. The main objective of organising FDP is to inculcate modern teaching skills and methodologies amongst the teaching fraternities. Based on the availability of the resource persons and situation, the management decides the place to conduct FDP either at the college or in collaboration with other institutions all over North-east India.

Since the inception of IQAC in the year 2019, IQAC has taken responsibility of conducting FDP for the teaching and other supporting staffs. It is the one of the main activities of the IQAC to conduct FDP in consultation with the Academic Cell of the College. The details of FDP conducted by the IQAC since 2019 are as follows:
